Refund policy

 We have a no return policy, for sanitary reasons🩷

Once the product has shipped we are unable to refund and your purchase is final! This is due to that we have no way to 100% be sure the product hasn’t been opened and would be deemed as unsafe.

To cancel your order before it is shipped, you can contact us at zanieees@gmail.com.

If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email and you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for sanitary reasons.


Refunds
In rare occasions we will approve refunds! If your package is lost in transit and you have purchased package protection, you will be eligible for a one time new package being sent. If your items are damaged or leak during transit you may be eligible for a partial/full refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
